StudentWeb structure

The StudentWeb menu structure is divided into 4 main categories, in addition to your home page and a page where you can change your PIN code.

Home page

The home page gives a status update on the three most important tasks that you must remember:

Pay the semester fee
Complete your semester registration
Confirm your individual education plan

NB! Remember that all three tasks must be completed before the deadline every semester (1 September / 1 February).

Part I of your individual education plan contains important information about your studies and your rights and obligations as a student at University of Agder. Read more >>>

Address

Here you can update your home and semester addresses. The University will primarily use your semester address, but the Diploma will be sent to your home address.

Acceptance

As a student you can choose whether or not you wish to be listed in the institution’s directory service, which can be accessed from the internet.

Language

This setting will affect which language your examination assignments will be presented in, in which language you wish to receive information in from the university.

Where to vote

This setting allows you to choose the faculty where you want to use your vote for student elections (only if you are taking courses at different faculties at the same time).

Orders

Here you can order a transcript of records after your examination results have been announced

Status

Exam registrations

This is a list of all your course registrations for the current semester, similar to the one you find under “Registrations > Registrations for classes and exams”. The difference is that this list provides you with more detailed exam information, such as the exam date, time, candidate number and room number. Read more >>>

Loan Found Reports

This is a list of the information that university has reported about you to the Norwegian State Educational Loan Found.

Qualifications Attained

If you have attained a qualification/degree, this will be listed here.

Documents

This is a list of general e-mails and text messages that you have been sent by the university.

Payment

When semester registration is available, you may generate an invoice for the semester fee here.

Change PIN code

Here you can change/personalise your PIN code.
