European Integration Summer School

2011 is the 22nd consecutive year The University of Agder offers its annual European Integration Summer School (EISS). EISS provides students with a sound knowledge of core aspects of European integration and brings them up-to-date with the most salient issues the European Union is facing today.

The EISS has formed a faculty of lectureers from universities all over the world, led by associate professor Stefan Gänzle of the Department of Political Science and Management, University of Agder.

The European Integration Summer School (EISS) provides students with empirical updated knowledge and new analytical models of the economic, political and social integration of Europe. Organised around two courses at masters-level (equal to 15 ECTS each), the programme includes the following themes and modules:
