HRH the Crown Princess of Norway to open the University of Agder
Our very own Crown Princess of Norway, Mette-Marit, will be attending
the official opening of the University of Agder at the 20th of November,
confirms the Royal Court.

"We are very pleased that her royal highness will be attending and
performing the official opening of Norway’s seventh university", says
rector Torunn Lauvdal.
The official opening will take place in Gimlehallen, close to Campus
Kristiansand, where the rector hopes that as many as possible of the university’s students and staff, along with several hundred invited
guests, domestic and foreign, will be attending.
A detailed programme of the opening has not been published yet, but rumour has it that the opening will be both dignified and entertaining at the same time.
It is expected that a full programme will be published before the end of October.
