The University requests the attendance of all recently appointed staff members at UiA’s Introduction Seminar for new Members of Staff. Employees who have been unable to attend an earlier seminar are also requested to attend.

The seminar will help you understand the University’s leadership and administrative structure, personnel policy, employee welfare measures, health and safety regulations and employee involvement in decision making.

The seminar is compulsory for all new employees. Attendance will be recorded.
