Faculty of Humanities and Education
Are you interested in studying people's thoughts, actions and languages or people's history, beliefs or literature? This is what Humanities and Education is all about.
| The faculty offers studies in Nordic language and literature, English, French, German, education, religion and history. You can also study translation, media, and philosophy (examen philosophicum/examen facultatum). The faculty has 150 faculty and staff members and about 1800 students. |
The faculty is organised into 4 departments and one centre. All of the departments are located in Kristiansand. Our building has two wings, which are named after Camilla Collett and Kristian Schjeldrup (Building E).
