Week 41: Thursday 13 October from 1215 to 1600 and Friday 14 October from 0815 to 1200
Week 43: Thursday 27 October from 1215 to 1600 and Friday 28 October from 0815 to 1200
Week 46: Thursday 17 November from 1215 to 1600 and Friday 18 November from 0815 to 1200
