Research goals
Our main goal for research is that it should contribute to knowlegde and critical insight which will benefit education and society as a whole. This will also contribute to distinguishing the faculty nationally and internationally.
Strategy
As of today the faculty is closer to UiA's strategic plan as regards teaching than research. Hence, the main challenge is to strenghten research activites by way of new means and through change of priorities and efficiency measures.
