IDR117-2 Fitness Coach. The student should be in
good physical conditon and be able to actively participate in
the practical lessons.
After having completed the course, students
will:

Teaching will be in the form of lectures,
group work, demonstration, work in the gymnasium, observation
with complementary work and individual studies.
The course comprises both theory and
practical training. Throughout the course the theoretical part
is related to practical instructional exercises Students are
expected to acquire parts of the course contents by individual
studies. The practical lessons are compulsory and 100 %
attendance is required.

The examination consists of to parts and
each part counts 50 % of the final
grade:
A graded 30-minute
individual practical exam
A graded 2-hour
written individual
school-exam
Both parts must be
passed. One graded mark is given.
