Professional-ethic competence: - Has experience with evaluation of own and fellow students´ teacher role and teaching. - Takes personal responsibility for the teaching Social competence: - Has increased knowledge about experiences with leadership. Professional competence: - Has knowledge of the practice school´s plans and organisation. Didactic competence: - Has experiences with facilitating a good learning environment. - Have as much individual and varied experiences in upbringing and teaching as possible Change and development competence: - Have insight and experience in colleague cooperation through participating in a joint planning and running of the school
Overall theme: Student operated school shall give the student a wide and varied outlook on the world of the compulsory education - The professional teacher - Personal experience, the characteristics of the practice period - The whole school environment - Insight and experience in the cooperation between the school, home and local environment
The student´s tutor (the first week) makes a written comment on the student´s work After completed practice the student writes an individual written evaluation of own work divided into the five competence areas. The student reflects on how he/she has worked based on the advice in previous written practice reports. Teacher in pedagogy and external tutor reads through the student´s self evaluation. After an individual evaluation of report and practice, the grade Pass/Fail is given.
