Professional-ethic competence: - Shows interest and motivation for the practice situation - Takes responsibility and holds appointments on responsibilities - Hands in a planning form for each lesson - Shows respect for pupils, parents and fellow workers Social competence: - Participates actively in the school and in the group - Is able to reflect on own teacher role, knows his/her own strengths and weakness Professional competence: - Is academically well prepared for own lessons - Has knowledge about the didactic relations model - Has knowledge about various teaching methods in mathematics Didactic competence: - Can actively and systematically observe the teacher´s and fellow student´s teaching - Can plan teaching by use of the didactic relations model - Can carry through teaching alone and together with others - Can evaluate own and others´ teaching in the light of the didactic relations model - Can form the basis for a cross curricular project together with others Change and development competence: - Can keep a practice log and use it actively in evaluation - Can reflect on tutors´ practice and evaluation - Dares to discuss difficult situations - Is exploring and trying

After completed practice the tutor writes an individual written evaluation graded Pass/Fail. The grade is given on the basis of the tutor´s evaluation of the student´s learning outcome of the five competence areas. The student will present his/her evaluation report for the tutor of the next practice period.
