Special examination arrangements

Who can apply for a special examination arrangement?

Students who, for medical or other reasons, require special examination arrangements in connection with taking examinations, can apply for such arrangements within certain deadlines. The need must be documented with a doctor's order or an order from another relevant authority (for example, a speech therapist, psychologist, etc.) The order must include the specification of the need for a special arrangement in an examination situation. An application must be made for each regular examination period.

Application deadlines

Spring semester: 15 March

Autumn semester: 15 October

After the deadline has expired, requests for special arrangements will only be considered on the basis of acute illness or injury. It must then be documented that the need for a special arrangement was not in evidence until after the expiration of the deadline. Contact the Examination Office for assistance.
