Wave energy is one of the alternative sources for renewable energy that is subject for much research these days. During his stay at Aalborg University, Harald Naeser from AUC’s Faculty of Engineering and Science in Grimstad has had a good opportunity to study this field of research, a field that Aalborg University is particularly known for because of their test facilities in Limfjorden. During the stay he also works on theories for wind generation of waves. The aim is to better understand how wind energy is transferred to ocean waves.
