Head of group: Mikael Snaprud
The information systems group is focused on the effects of information systems, the quality of such systems and constant quality improvement.
The information management lab works on how to bring new products to customers and how to build new products which will be easily sold.
The accessibility lab is currently featuring the EU project EIAO. The idea is to automatically measure the accessibility of web pages and to openly provide and compare the results of these measurements.
The system dynamics lab is working on a system view of security and quality, in particular
with regards to the human factor.
