HOW TO APPLY FOR A VACANCY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF AGDER
Click “Vacancies” in the above menu.
Here you will find a list of all vacant positions. New vacancies are added frequently, so make sure you check the list regularly.
The best option is to register your CV in our database. This makes it easier to apply for more than one position, as you do not have to enter the information more than once. Select “New user” and follow the instructions.
The other alternative is to go directly to the vacancy you wish to look at, and apply directly from the vacancy announcement. You will then have to fill in your personal details, upload your CV and write a personal application for the position. If you select this option, you must complete the entire application in one sitting.
Once you have logged in you can administer your personal account, and select “Show all vacancies” at the bottom of the page. From here you can click on interesting vacancies, and when you click “Send application”, your CV/profile will load automatically. You may then adjust your personal details and write a personal application for the position.
It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all documentation are attached with the online application. The applicant must specifically ensure that the documents are not too large and that they are in a format that can be attached electronically (PDF, PNG, JPEG, ODF, DOC). Documents which are too large, or has a format not accepted, will not be taken into consideration. Applicants should also ensure that no documents are uploaded more than once.
Processing of applications
In order to ensure that your application is received and saved in a safe and effective manner, we do not accept applications sent as e-mail attachments.
General/open applications
Open applications are not accepted, as good candidates may risk not being linked to a suitable position.
Please note that the maximum attachment size is 10 Mb.
