Ilmi Willbergh, PhD, is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Education, Department of Education. She has a PhD in Education from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has a Masters Degree in Media Science from the University of Oslo. Ilmi has formerly been employed within the distance/ e-learning and publishing industry. Research fields: General didactics/Allgemeine Didaktik, empirical research on teaching and schooling, assessment, accontability, instructional design, professionality, digital media, the use of digital media in teaching and learning, digital literacy, the concept of competence, media theory, philosophy of education.
