Human capital development
Our topic for our study tour in Indonesia was human capital development. Therefore many of our interviews were focused on institutions related to health and education. Professor Stein Kristiansen gave us an introduction on human capital development while we where in Lombok. Most of our lectures in Indonesia was also related to human capital development.
Human capital development is what is done by the society to improve human’s abilities to utilize their potentials for improving their well-being.
