IT Help

The objective of IT Help at University of Agder is to take requests, register them and help solve problems as well as forward problems to other units internally. The goal is to receive, solve and/or redirect requests from users efficiently.

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 20:00

  • Friday : 08:00 - 18:00

Opening Hours IT Help Desks

All reported errors, problems or inquiries regarding networks, computers, software and printers related to the university college's computer systems and equipment should be reported to the email address: it-hjelp@uia.no

Alternatively, you can report errors by phone: 3814 1700

You can also report and track cases by logging on to: support.uia.no with your username and password. This provides a contact point for users as well as a better overview and faster solutions for the IT service. In short, this service will provide direct communication with the users of the service.
