The intranet at the UiA – Innaskjærs

The intranet at UiA is available to all employees at the university. All other users will find the information they need at http://uia.no.

If you find yourself at the University Campus, either in Grimstad or in Kristiansand, or if you use a portable UiA-computer (with Windows 7 installed) you will have direct access to the intranet at https://intra.uia.no.

If you find yourself at another location than the University Campus, and/or use a remote computer you can access the intranet by Web VPN here.

If you, while off Campus and/or while using a private computer, want to work on documents or publish news etc. on the intranet, you may do this by downloading and connecting to VPN AnyConnect, instructions here. (This requires that you have installed Office 2012/2011 and IE8).

Username and password:

To connect to the intranet by using VPN or VPN AnyConnect, use your ordinary job username and password..

If you have trouble connecting to the intranet, try to add @uia.no after your username. It varies between browsers whether this is required or not. If you still have trouble or other questions concerning intranet connection, contact it-hjelp@uia.no (3814 1700).
